Terms of Service
Effective 26 October 2026 (beta). If anything important changes, you will be asked to accept it again.
1. The service
KerjaSiap helps you write CVs, check how well a CV matches a job posting, and write cover letters with AI assistance. AI output is a suggestion: review it before use. KerjaSiap does not guarantee interviews or job offers.
2. Accounts
You log in with your own Google account and are responsible for activity on it. Each person should use one account.
3. Prohibited use
- Falsifying experience, degrees, or other people's data.
- Abusing, disrupting, or attempting to break into the service.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim free credits repeatedly.
- Using bots, scripts or other automated means to access the service.
To keep the service fair, we limit how many requests can be made in a short time and use an anti-bot check at sign-in. Accounts that break these rules may be restricted or suspended; credits obtained by breaking them may be cancelled.
4. Credits and payments
- Every paid AI action (polishing a CV, a match check including a re-check, a cover letter) uses 1 credit. CV imports are free, up to 3 per 24 hours.
- New accounts receive 2 free credits, once per Google account.
- Credits are bought in packages through Midtrans (QRIS, GoPay, ShopeePay). The price shown at purchase applies. Credits are added once the payment is confirmed.
- Your whole balance is valid for 12 months after your last purchase; each new purchase extends the whole balance. Expired credits are forfeited.
- Credits cannot be exchanged for money or moved to another account. Credits for AI actions that fail are refunded automatically. If you paid but did not receive credits, contact us with your order number and we will correct system errors.
- To prevent abuse, AI use is capped at a reasonable daily amount even with credits left.
5. AI output and limitation of liability
AI output (CV suggestions, match scores, cover letters) is assistance, not professional advice. You are responsible for checking its accuracy before sending it to an employer. Match scores are estimates based on your CV, not an employer's assessment. To the extent permitted by law, KerjaSiap's liability is limited to the value of the credits you paid for the affected action.
6. Intellectual property
The CVs and documents you create belong to you. The KerjaSiap software and brand belong to Star.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; you will be asked to accept the new version before continuing. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
