Frequently asked questions
What happens to my CV data?
Your data is stored in your account and only used for the features you run. When you use an AI feature, the content is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) and is not used to train models. Documents are deleted automatically if you do not sign in for 90 days, and you can download or delete all your data at any time from Settings.
Can the AI add experience I do not have?
No. The AI may only rephrase what is already in your CV. New numbers or claims that are not in the source are removed or flagged, and new skills are only added when you tick them yourself. Always read the result before sending it.
How long are credits valid?
Your whole balance is valid for 12 months after your last purchase. If an AI action fails because of a system error, the credit is returned automatically.
Can credits be refunded as money?
No, except for system errors (for example, you paid but the credits did not arrive). Contact support@kerjasiap.com with your order number.
